Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026 · Applies to Daylark for iOS
The short version: Daylark does not collect any of your data. Everything you enter stays on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, no tracking, and no advertising. We never see your information.

What we collect

Nothing. Daylark does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. The app has no user accounts and does not require you to sign in.

Where your data lives

All content you create in Daylark — your areas, tasks, notes, dates, and any logged activity — is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to us or to any third party. If you delete the app, that data is removed from your device.

Voice input

Daylark offers an optional voice input feature. Speech is processed using Apple's on-device speech recognition to convert what you say into text within the app. This feature only runs when you tap the microphone button. Daylark does not record, store, or transmit your voice. Your device may ask for microphone and speech-recognition permission the first time you use it; you can decline or revoke this at any time in your device Settings, and the rest of the app will continue to work.

Analytics and tracking

Daylark contains no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not use cookies. We do not build a profile of you.

Children

Daylark does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app is safe to use at any age.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices ever change, this policy will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
